Teeth Grinding

When you clench your teeth together and slide them back and forth, it’s called grinding. In most cases, people grind their teeth at night and don’t even realize it. If you grind your teeth, you could end up dealing with broken, fractured or worn teeth.

Although it’s believed teeth grinding is caused by stress and anxiety, nobody knows the real reason why people do it. To break this habit, you might consider trying different ways to manage stress and start wearing a night guard, which can prevent grinding.
